FBI Brings Whole New Meaning to the Phrase “Can You Hear Me Now”
The FBI, with a court order, has been approved by the United States Department of Justice to use cell phones as a means to listen to conversations. This can be accomplished even if the cell phones are off and the only known way of bypassing this technique is to remove the battery. The conversations that can be listened to are not only from the ones spoken through the phone, but if the phone is close to a person their conversation can also be heard. This could prove to be beneficial and terrifying at the same time. A good thing is that this technique helped put some mobsters in jail, but a bad thing is that you never know who is listening to your conversations. And I am not just talking about the FBI. Once hackers figure out this technique, they will be able to use this to make loads of money. more info >>
