Apple is facing a lawsuit allegedly accusing them of creating an illegal monopoly with iTunes. It states that Apple is using a copy protection on their iPod that prevents other players from using iTunes.
However, this is not the only lawsuit Apple is facing. There is a lawsuit that states the Apple iBook G4 is failing way too often. Apple has yet to respond to this complaint stating it is too soon to do so.
There are others including a lawsuit by PhatRat Technology suing Apple for patent infringement & a lawsuit against some of Apple’s officers on stock option grants. The media is still waiting for Apple to respond!
